ALLOMATRIX® Injectable Putty is a unique
osteoinductive and osteoconductive bone graft material. The
demineralized bone matrix (86% by volume) provides optimal
characteristics for guided bone regeneration. ALLOMATRIX®
Injectable Putty enables rapid and reliable bone repair through
the process of endochondral ossification.
The unique putty consistency is ideal for
both injection or digital contouring, yet sufficiently robust
in the presence of irrigation or body fluids. Each lot of
DBM in ALLOMATRIX® Putty is bioassayed for human-derived
growth factors with a patented cell culture process using
proliferation of human osteosarcoma cells to confirm osteoinductivity.
The resorbable OSTEOSET® Surgical Grade
Calcium Sulfate medium is produced by a proprietary process
which creates uniform crystalline size and structure.
